How Can I Modify or Cancel An Order?
Unfortunately we do not have the administrative capability for customers to edit and remove items from an order once it has been submitted. Please contact with our customer service to cancel and refund order. There will be no charge to the credit card on file for successfully cancelled orders. Once an order has been cancelled on our administration system, we cannot reinstate it.

How Do I Return an Item?
All items are returnable within 30 days from the day you place the order. You can return an order at any reason, and if the return is due to our mistake, we will cover your return shipping.
For each return, you can receive a refund back to the original form of payment. If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, the refund will transfer over to your new card if it is with the same bank. If this is not possible, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card. If any promotional discount was applied to the total at the time of purchase, you will be refunded the actual amount paid at the time of purchase for that item.
